GMK Vacuum kneading machine 500L
Vacuum kneaders (internal mixers) are widely used in industries such as high-viscosity sealants, silicone rubber, CMC, batteries, inks, dyes, pharmaceuticals, resins, plastics, and cosmetics. They are high-performance equipment ideal for mixing and kneading high-viscosity and ultra-high-viscosity substances.
Temperature control methods for kneaders include heat transfer oil circulation, electric heating, steam, and water cooling. They can be manufactured with cylinder jackets, wall plate jackets, and structures that allow water or heat transfer oil to circulate in the mixing paddle for heating and cooling. Discharge methods include hydraulic tilting, screw discharge, and bottom discharge. The cylinder cover is also opened and closed by hydraulic pressure. Feeding and discharging are very convenient.
The paddle shaft seal uses a unique vacuum box balancing structure (patented: ZL200420087991.3), which is particularly beneficial for improving the system vacuum and material purity.
The kneader consists of six main parts: the kneading section, the base section, the transmission system, the vacuum system, the hydraulic system, and the electrical control system. The kneading section consists of a cylinder body, a paddle shaft, wall plates, and a cylinder cover. All parts that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
